Our Laboratory

We have a comprehensive laboratory for performing tests to ensure product quality at every stage of the manufacturing process, always aiming at customer satisfaction. All activities are carried out by a qualified team in accordance with NR 10 standards.

Our lab is equipped to conduct a wide range of tests applicable to polymeric accessories for power distribution networks, classified as:

  • Type Tests
  • Routine Tests
  • Acceptance Tests

This allows us to continuously evaluate material performance, aiming for ongoing process improvement. Below is a list of the main tests we perform:

  • Tracking resistance test according to NBR 10296 and IEC 6058
  • Dry and wet withstand voltage test according to NBR 6936/NBR 6939
  • Mechanical tests (tensile, compression, bending, torsion, torque, and impact)
  • Thermal aging in circulating air oven according to CODI 18.24
  • Dielectric compatibility test according to CODI 18.24
  • Water absorption test according to NBR NM IEC 60811-1-3/01
  • Tracking wheel test according to CODI 18.28
  • Water penetration into the core according to CODI 18.28
